Help Needed:

Compliance Officer (New York, NY)

  • Identify and detect the company’s existing compliance issues and risks;

  • Ensure that the company’s internal compliance issues and risks are properly evaluated, investigated, and resolved; potential areas of risk and compliance vulnerability, and implement preventative measures for such areas; Monitor the company’s general operations to identify potential compliance vulnerability;

  • Maintain and continuously update internal compliance procedures and manuals for future compliance and risk management; and

  • Research current laws and regulations to ensure that the company is adhering to the correct/most-up-to-date standards.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Law and 3 months’ experience in Legal Service.
