At junzi, we believe in the traditional Chinese adage that eating well means eating with the seasons. That’s why you’ll find seasonal vegetables in our ingredient-forward menu all year round. All our meals are prepared fresh in-house every day, from northern Chinese-style noodles and chun bings to salad bowls and specialty drinks.
The stars of junzi’s daily menu are our northern Chinese noodle bowls. Made with your choice of either the wide and wavy knife noodles 刀削面 or the thinner and chewier spring noodles 阳春面, each noodle bowl is served with house-made sauces, braised meats, vegetables, and garnish—no broth necessary.
Gluten-free and vegan options also available.

A hearty spring salad of bok choy, kale, beech mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, and shredded cucumber served with a refreshing ginger-sesame dressing. Add ginger-scallion chicken thigh for $2.5 more.
Chun bing 春饼 is a northern Chinese thin flour-pressed dough wrapped around a perfect parcel of braised meats, flavorful house-made sauces, and a mix of stir-fried and pickled vegetables. Choose from five chef-recommendations, or get creative and build your own.

Junzi is passionate about reshaping the narrative of Chinese-American food not only with the meals we share, but also through the communities we build via innovative food collaborations, products, and experiences. We currently operate four fast-casual restaurants in New York, NY and New Haven, CT. Our flagship and test kitchen is conveniently located right next to Bryant Park.
