Millet rice is a northern Chinese specialty called Da Xiao Mi Fan, literally translated to ‘big and small rice’. Each bowl comes with sweet and (slightly) spicy firecracker chicken thigh marinated in chili, garlic, and Sichuan spices, mixed in with caramelized shallots, shredded carrots, cabbage and leeks, and topped with a soy-marinated egg.
