How to redeem meals with your pass

1. To redeem meals, you must bring the physical Lifetime Dining Pass along with a government issued valid photo ID.

2. At check out, inform the cashier that you are a Lifetime Dining Pass holder.
   Please hand the cashier your Lifetime Dining Pass, along with your ID for verification.

3. Once verified, the cashier will return the pass and ID to you and give you your order.

• What should I do if I lose my pass?

  Send an email to order@junzi.us and we’ll get you a new one as soon as possible.

• Is there a limit to how often I can use my pass?

  Yes, your lifetime dining pass can be used twice per day.

• Is there a spending limit on my pass?

  Yes, your lifetime dining pass can be used for a transaction of up to $100, twice per day. If you anticipate that you will be making a transaction larger than $100 at one time, please email order@junzi.us and we’ll be happy to arrange for your visit.

• Can my friend/family member use my pass?

  You must be present, with a form of valid photo ID, to use your pass. You can use it to order food for friends or family members, but you’ll need to be there to show your ID to the cashier.

• Can my pass be transferred?

  Lifetime Dining Passes are non-transferrable.

• Is my Lifetime Dining Pass valid for online purchases? 

  No, the Lifetime Dining Pass is valid in-store only.
