It’s traditional in northern China to eat chun-bing to celebrate the beginning of spring. We call it "biting into spring." Every year, our families get together to prepare a chun-bing feast with fresh ingredients bought at local markets or grown in our own gardens.
We missed that simple style of cooking which brings out the full flavor of fresh ingredients. Eventually, we decided to open our own restaurant, so that we could share our passion for this special homemade wrap with everyone.
